Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Arctic Bite (“the Game”), operated by the Arctic Bite development team (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arctic Bite mobile game and all associated services, websites, and content (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

To use Arctic Bite, you must be at least 13 years old or of legal age under your local laws to use digital services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Game. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet all technical requirements necessary to access and play the Game.

  • Keep your device and account secure and do not share access credentials with others.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Game.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of security relating to your use of Arctic Bite.

Any use of the Game that violates these Terms or applicable law may result in suspension or termination of your access, at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Game. Specifically, you will not:

  • Engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to access or modify the Game’s code or backend systems.
  • Use automated systems or bots to play or interact with the Game.

We reserve the right to moderate and remove any user content that violates these Terms or that we determine to be inappropriate for the community.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, graphics, design, logos, audio, software, and code associated with Arctic Bite are the intellectual property of the Arctic Bite team or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without our express written permission.
  • All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Any feedback or suggestions provided to us may be used without obligation or compensation to you.

5. User Content

By submitting any content (such as screenshots, stories, or comments) to Arctic Bite or its related platforms, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the promotion or development of the Game. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third party rights.

6. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

Arctic Bite may offer virtual items, features, or in-game currency (collectively, “Virtual Items”) for use within the Game. Virtual Items do not have monetary value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real-world money, and remain our property at all times. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or remove Virtual Items at our discretion.

Purchases of Virtual Items (if any) are final and non-refundable except as required by law or our stated refund policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Game’s accuracy, reliability, performance, or suitability for your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctic Bite and its team, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Game shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Game during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Arctic Bite team and its affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan for resolution of any disputes related to these Terms or your use of the Game.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Game.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
